Complex of Storehouses of State Forests (Zespół Składnic Lasów Państwowych) in Białogard has existed since October 1st, 1959. Its statutory activity is wood preservation and its spedition to customers as well as processing of middle-sized softwood. Wood brought to the storehouse comes from forests in which rational, balanced and multifunctional forest management is conducted. International certifying organisation has awarded the region with a certificate confirming high standards and pro-ecological forest management.
Since January 1st, 1992, on the basis of provision of the Forest Act from September 28th, 1991, the Complex functions as an institution of State Forests and is subject to the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests.
Activity of the Complex of Storehouses consists in:
- buying round wood from forest districts, its manipulation, preservation and selling to foreign and domestic customers
- production and sale of rounded palisades and debarked poles
- pressure impregnation of wood
- production and conditioning of fireplace wood
- production of garden program elements

March 2008
A few days ago we collected the newly acquired truck for transporting stacked wood. It will be mainly used for loading stacked wood into goods vans for our customers – industrial plants. The truck is beautiful – new and colorful. It even smells new! Everyone who has ever sat in a new car knows what the appeal and attraction of new cars is. And a truck equipped with a loading crane has a double appeal. Loading wood with such equipment is a dream. After a short acclimation the crane will start working. Which will be soon. On the occasion of one millionth visit on our website our Boss – drinking a three star nonalcoholic cognac - began to ponder how much a million is. It turned out that a million hours, for example, is over a hundred years. A million of steps would lead from Białogard to Dortmund, or – going south – to Vienna through Prague. So a million means a lot. For us it means an interest in our website. We would like to thank our regular and accidental visitors for visiting our site.
Winter is the high season for selling wood, as wood acquired in winter has always been willingly bought and – as the cognoscenti say – has better technical qualities, is easier to process and more durable. ZSLP in Białogard offers in auction mode precious wood (plywood, veneer), which can be bought after logging on www.e-drewno.pl.
